Privacy Policy
How we handle your information.
Last updated: May 2026
1. What This Policy Covers
This privacy policy describes how Jaxon Hoffman Web Studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you visit jaxonhoffman.com or submit an inquiry through the contact form.
This site is a portfolio and lead generation site for a solo freelance web development studio based in Phoenix, Arizona. It does not sell products, run advertising, or track visitors for marketing purposes.
2. What Information Is Collected and When
Contact form submissions
When you fill out the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Current website URL (optional)
- Project type
- Budget range (optional)
- Any additional context you provide
This information is collected only when you choose to submit it.
Visitor behavior data (optional)
If this site's Visitor Behavior Tracking feature is active, anonymous click and navigation events may be recorded. This data does not include your name, email, IP address, or any other information that could identify you as an individual. No cookies are used to collect it.
No tracking cookies or advertising data
This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking cookies. We do not build behavioral profiles. We do not participate in ad retargeting networks.
3. How That Information Is Used
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether we're a good fit to work together. It is not used for any other purpose. We will not add you to a marketing list, share your details with unrelated third parties, or contact you for any reason unrelated to your original message.
If you and we proceed to work together, separate agreements govern what data is collected and how it is handled in the context of that project.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate this site. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data on their end.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-filtering tool. When you interact with the form, Turnstile analyzes browser and behavioral signals to confirm you're a real person. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as browser type and interaction patterns) in doing so. We do not receive or store that data ourselves. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Resend
Form submission notifications are delivered to us via Resend, a transactional email service. Your submitted information (name, email, phone, business name, message) passes through Resend's infrastructure as part of that delivery. Resend does not use this data for its own purposes. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Supabase
Contact form submissions are stored in a Supabase database. If Visitor Behavior Tracking is active, anonymous click events are also stored there. Supabase is a hosted database service; your data lives in their infrastructure under our control. supabase.com/privacy
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days. After that period, records are deleted as part of routine database maintenance. If you request deletion before that window closes, we will honor it promptly.
Anonymous visitor behavior data, if collected, is subject to the same 90-day limit.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
- Request that we delete your information
- Ask how your information is being used
To make any of these requests, email us directly. We will respond within a reasonable time.
